It looks like the application is not working properly on this device. This is most commonly caused by: -

• Not using the supported browser for TWMS (please use Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome)
• Your browser cache not updating after a software update; you can try: -
  • Clearing your browser cache
  • Forcing a full-page-refresh by holding "shift" on the keyboard and clicking the "refresh page" button
